CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

2nd of February 2021.
We will remain open with normal trading hours until further notice.

We will be following the government safety & operational guidelines.

All team members will be wearing masks and gloves.
All vehicle touchpoints will be sanitised.
All customers must wear a mask.
We can provide contactless vehicle drop off if preferred, by leaving the keys in the provided security box (please call our workshop for further details).

As it has been the case from the beginning, the health and well-being of our staff, customers and community are at the forefront of every decision we make.

Product Supply – Currently there has been minimal impact on our supply chain from our supplier base. We continue to monitor this closely and we will advise if we start to see any change.

Interaction with Staff – We have asked our staff to avoid shaking hands and where possible, all contact with other people visiting our workshop/reception area. Your assistance in maintaining self-distancing is appreciated.

Workshop/ Office Cleaning – We have increased our regular cleaning, focusing on high contact surfaces.

Communication – We are in constant communication with our team regarding the best hygiene practices to ensure we are doing everything possible to reduce any risk to our customers.

On June 9th 2017, Automotive Electrical Designs was proud to be nominated as a finalist in the Fremantle Business Awards 2017 and then receive the Award for Excellence in Professional Services category.

It was the first time we entered the Awards and the win has confirmed the constant dedication to quality workmanship and excellent customer service owner Mark Turnbull and his team have shown during the past 12 years of operation.
