Dual Battery System and Volt Meter for a Toyota LandCruiser

The fit out included an under the bonnet dual battery system with:

• Redarc BCDC1225D charger
• Dual volt meter to monitor the charge rate of both batteries and
• Solar panel Anderson charge plug input
• Rear power and fridge sockets installed into the rear.

The second battery allows the vehicle owner to consistently run a 12 volt fridge without draining any power from the main start battery.

The dual volt meter gives the driver the ability to monitor the charge and discharge rates of both the starting and the auxiliary batteries. The meter can help you monitor the voltage of an auxiliary battery as an indication to when the battery might become flat.

You can then then prepare a battery recharge by a solar panel or by simply driving the vehicle.

This dual battery monitor has a compact design to suit late model Toyota vehicles and inserts easily into a switch panel.
