We've taken this Hilux's existing dual battery setup to the next level by adding a Redarc solar panel mounted cleverly to the rear toolbox.

We've wired it directly into the Redarc BCDC solar input circuit, to keep the auxiliary battery charged while the 12-volt portable fridge is running.

The Redarc BCDC charger constantly monitors your auxiliary battery's voltage and is able to regulate the charge rate accordingly.

This means:

• Your battery gets exactly the charge it needs.
• Your fridge stays running reliably all day.
• No more battery anxiety during long work days.
• Zero maintenance required once installed.

Vehicle solar panels are ideal during those long summer days on site, or when you're parked up at a job for hours.
